A gentle space for trauma healing, inner reconnection, and emotional recovery
Finding the right therapist is about feeling understood
So here’s a little about who I am — not just as a practitioner, but as a person
Who I Am (Beyond My Work)
Trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating relational anxiety, emotional safety, and nervous system overwhelm.
Many of the patterns we struggle with in adulthood began as ways we learned to survive.
I know this not only as a therapist, but through my own life.
I grew up in an environment where love was not always safe.
The safest way to survive was to become small, quiet, and invisible.
I learned early that drawing attention could mean punishment.
So I adapted. I stayed silent. I tried to earn love that never truly came.
In many ways, I grew up like Cinderella — a child trying to survive in a home where tenderness was absent.
But trauma does not disappear when childhood ends.
It stays in the body.
For years it showed up as chronic tension, hypervigilance, and relationship patterns that felt familiar but often painful.
Through years of personal work and eventually through Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, I began to understand something profound:
Self-love had never disappeared.
It had simply been blocked by survival.
Today I am part of the small percentage of people who manage to interrupt cycles of generational trauma.
Roughly 5% of people break the patterns they inherited.
I became part of that 5%.
I did not repeat the chain of emotional violence.
I broke it.
That experience shaped the work I do today.
Through Harmonia Therapy, I work with adults who struggle with emotional safety, relational anxiety, and chronic nervous system activation. My approach integrates IFS, IFIO, and trauma-informed relational therapy to help people understand the protective patterns that once kept them safe — and gently create new ways of relating to themselves and others.
Because when the nervous system learns safety, life can move from survival toward connection.

Why I Do This Work
Like many people drawn to trauma healing, my journey started long before my training.
Growing up in dysfunctional patterns, around emotional inconsistency or neglect, shapes the way we learn to love, protect, and survive. Understanding my own inner world showed me how our inner parts — the inner child, inner mother, inner protector, inner CEO — all exist for a reason. And when we learn to listen to them, everything softens.
This is why IFS and IFIO resonate so deeply with me.
They allow us to meet our wounds without fear
and to meet our protective parts without judgment.
How I Hold Space
I bring a grounded, intuitive, and emotionally attuned presence to my sessions.
Clients often tell me they feel:
seen in ways they’ve never felt seen before
gently guided without pressure
understood in their trauma responses
safe to feel, express, and explore
supported in rebuilding boundaries and self-worth
My approach is slow, deep, and non-pathologizing.
You don’t have to perform, convince, or “be good at therapy.”
You get to show up exactly as you are.
What I Believe About Healing
Trauma does not mean something is wrong with you.
It means you adapted to survive what wasn’t safe.
Healing is learning that the danger is over,
and the parts of you who worked so hard can finally exhale.
You can build:
inner safety
emotional language
healthy boundaries
a stronger sense of self
relationships that feel steady rather than chaotic
a version of life that isn’t built on survival
This is the work we do together.
My Approach: Trauma-Informed and Parts-Based
I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) with an integrative psychological understanding. These evidence-informed approaches help you:
identify and heal parts shaped by early wounding
develop emotional language and inner stability
repair relational patterns with greater safety and clarity
build healthier boundaries without fear or guilt
strengthen self-worth and inner cohesion
Rather than suppressing emotions or bypassing pain, we understand what’s underneath. Healing comes from compassion, not force.
