A gentle space for trauma healing, inner reconnection, and emotional recovery
Finding the right therapist is about feeling understood
So here’s a little about who I am — not just as a practitioner, but as a person
Who I Am (Beyond My Work)
I’m originally from Serbia, but for the past 18 years I’ve lived across London, Cyprus, Barcelona, and Stockholm. Living in different cultures shaped my understanding of people, relationships, and the many ways we learn to survive our childhoods.
One of my most meaningful experiences was spending time in India — in Kerala ashrams and at the Isha Foundation. Those moments connected me to a quieter place inside myself, something I now bring into my work: softness, curiosity, and the sense that healing doesn’t have to be harsh to be deep.
I’m also a mother, and motherhood changed me in ways I never expected. It made me more sensitive, more aware of my own inner child, and more connected to the younger parts of me that didn’t always feel seen. It showed me how powerful inner safety is — and how essential compassion is when we meet the parts of ourselves we once had to hide. Being a mother has also profoundly shaped my approach. It taught me about inner parts we never outgrow, the tension between care and self-loss, and the courage it takes to meet vulnerability with presence.
These experiences have attuned me to relational depth, nervous system sensitivity, and the real lived complexity beneath everyday struggle — the exact kind of inner work I help people navigate.
Why I Do This Work
Like many people drawn to trauma healing, my journey started long before my training.
Growing up in dysfunctional patterns, around emotional inconsistency or neglect, shapes the way we learn to love, protect, and survive. Understanding my own inner world showed me how our inner parts — the inner child, inner mother, inner protector, inner CEO — all exist for a reason. And when we learn to listen to them, everything softens.
This is why IFS and IFIO resonate so deeply with me.
They allow us to meet our wounds without fear
and to meet our protective parts without judgment.
How I Hold Space
I bring a grounded, intuitive, and emotionally attuned presence to my sessions.
Clients often tell me they feel:
seen in ways they’ve never felt seen before
gently guided without pressure
understood in their trauma responses
safe to feel, express, and explore
supported in rebuilding boundaries and self-worth
My approach is slow, deep, and non-pathologizing.
You don’t have to perform, convince, or “be good at therapy.”
You get to show up exactly as you are.
What I Believe About Healing
Trauma does not mean something is wrong with you.
It means you adapted to survive what wasn’t safe.
Healing is learning that the danger is over,
and the parts of you who worked so hard can finally exhale.
You can build:
inner safety
emotional language
healthy boundaries
a stronger sense of self
relationships that feel steady rather than chaotic
a version of life that isn’t built on survival
This is the work we do together.
My Approach: Trauma-Informed and Parts-Based
I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) with an integrative psychological understanding. These evidence-informed approaches help you:
identify and heal parts shaped by early wounding
develop emotional language and inner stability
repair relational patterns with greater safety and clarity
build healthier boundaries without fear or guilt
strengthen self-worth and inner cohesion
Rather than suppressing emotions or bypassing pain, we understand what’s underneath. Healing comes from compassion, not force.
