Frequently Asked Questions

What happens in the consultation?

The consultation is a simple, relaxed first meeting. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping to work on, and I’ll explain how I support people using IFS, IFIO, and my integrative approach.
You’re welcome to ask anything you’d like. Together, we’ll get a sense of whether it feels like a good fit before starting therapy.

What are your hours?

I offer sessions Monday to Friday between 09.00–17.00 CET.

What if I’m in a different time zone or country?

I’m based in Stockholm (CET), and my hours usually work well for clients across Europe, Asia, and parts of Africa.
At the moment, I’m not able to work with clients based in the US or Canada due to insurance regulations.

How long are sessions, and how often do we meet?

Sessions are 60 minutes, held online via Zoom.
Most people meet with me weekly or every second week, depending on what feels supportive and sustainable.

How long will I need therapy?

There’s no fixed timeline.
Some clients come for a short period with a clear focus, while others prefer longer-term therapy to go deeper into patterns, trauma healing, and relational work.
We’ll move at the pace that feels right for you.

How do payments work?

Payments are made at the end of each session.
If you’re in Europe, you can pay by bank transfer.
If you’re outside Europe, Wise is available.

Do you work with all mental health concerns?

I work with adults who want to understand themselves more deeply, heal trauma, build healthier relationship patterns, strengthen self-worth, and feel more connected to their inner world.

I’m not the right fit if you’re currently navigating schizophrenia, DID, personality disorders, active suicidal thoughts, or a recent suicide attempt.
These areas require specialised support, and someone trained specifically in them will be better able to help you.
